Frontiers in Neuroscience "Development and neuroplasticity of the visual system, amblyopia and beyond"

Un nouveau numéro spécial de Frontiers in Neuroscience, intitulé « Development and neuroplasticity of the visual system, amblyopia and beyond », rassemble des travaux récents couvrant des approches cellulaires, comportementales et cliniques du développement et de la plasticité du système visuel. Cette collection met en évidence une conception de plus en plus large de l’amblyopie comme un trouble qui ne se limite pas à l’acuité visuelle, avec des contributions portant sur les distorsions perceptives, la vision binoculaire, la suppression, la plasticité neuronale et la récupération.
Ce thème de recherche a été dirigé par des membres du réseau, Kevin Duffy, Alex Baldwin, Anna Kosovicheva, Benjamin Thompson et Krista Kelly, représentant quatre établissements canadiens.
